NAZISM grew out of the experience or fantasy of the immune system, projected outward.
Instead of imagining that "discourse shapes the body," imagine that the body shapes discourse. Discourse represents an externalization of bodily experience and fantasies connected to the body. Inner fantasies rooted in bodily experience are projected outward.
[Heinrich Himmler’s speech at Posen, delivered to SS officers and NSDAP officials in October 1943, in which he spoke of the extermination of the Jewish people is directly below}.
The Jewish "bacteria in the body of the people" was the projection of the experience of disease located within the bodies of Nazi leaders.
Himmler understood that if he didn't want to be infected by a bacilus, he had to eradicate a bacillus in the external world. Nazi ideology or discourse was shaped by bodily experience. The Jew was Hiimmler's disease. Projected out, Himmler's disease became a "disease within the body politic."
The Nazi movement was a struggle to destroy a disease located within the bodies of Germans. No "victory" was possible...because Hitler and Himmler were struggling to destroy a disease within themselves.
When Hitler and Himmler shot themselves, the disease (the Jewish virus) within the body politic died.
