NATION-STATES SLAUGHTERED THEIR OWN MEN

Dear Colleague,

I received the note below from the head of a scholarly publishing company. He may or may not be correct in what he says about my scholarly writings. But what does it matter?

Let's say he published four 250-page books containing my papers, etc. And then (in a few years) they are in Libraries through the United States (and maybe the world).

What good would this do? It will be easier for people to exist in a state of denial or unconsciousness--if my writings and thoughts are hidden in the stacks of Libraries.

So I developed this Newsletter to correspond and convey my ideas to the greatest thinkers and scholars in the world.

(Focusing on the First World War), the following statement is worth four 250-page books in 300 Libraries.

NATION-STATES SLAUGHTERED THEIR OWN MEN
(scroll down for data supporting this statement)

Embracing this idea is the first step toward understanding everything that occurred during the First-Half of the 20th century.

If one cannot embrace this idea, it doesn't matter how many books I (or anyone else) publishes on the First World War.

Best regards,

Richard Koenigsberg

Subject: Your scholarly work

Dear Dr. Koenigsberg:

I have read your work for many years.  I think that you are one of the most important thinkers in the world today.  Unfortunately I am not linked to the web and I do not read things that are published there.

Would you allow me to bring out print editions of your books so that traditional scholars like myself can have access to what you are writing?

I would be happy to publish whatever you write in the form that you have written it and I will do it as no cost to you.  If you want this or not, I can think of no other way that I can pay homage to you.

Sincerely,

White, Matthew — First World War Casualties
