The purpose of warfare is to get the representative of the other nation to die. He has to die because he represents an alternative sacred object. In the First World War, some humans worshipped Great Britain, others France, others Germany. According to the metaphysics of politics, there can be only one true god. Killing (political violence) means destroying those who don't believe in the one true god.
The purpose of millions of artillery shells, bombing, machine guns...the monumental institution of death-production that historians call "the First World War" was to verify or validate a belief system: the reality of one's own nation.
Warfare has no concept of cultural relativity. There can be only ONE TRUTH. If Germany is GOD, France cannot be god, nor can Great Britain. Warfare is waged to prove which God is the one true god.
Killing is spiritual, not biological. In the First World War, nine-million men died and did not pass their genes along. WHAT A JOKE TO ASSERT THAT WARFARE HAS SURVIVAL VALUE.
